The Hollow Rock Property is the footprint acquired from Energy Harbor not inclusive of the separate Hollow Rock Landfill. The overall footprint is 900+ acres, approximately 2.5 miles west of the Sammis Plant and connected to the Plant by a conveyor system.

 

The Hollow Rock property offers significant potential for a large-scale expansion of the Sammis energy generation and data center redevelopment.
