The Hollow Rock property offers significant potential for a large-scale expansion of the Sammis energy generation and data center redevelopment.

The Hollow Rock Landfill onsite is a Class III Residual Waste Landfill.  The permitted disposal area is approximately 142 acres divided into 14 cells.  Cells 1-4 are full and capped with intermediate cover. Cell 5 is active. Cells 1-5 cover approximately 55 acres.

ETEM is currently beneficially re-using the gypsum stored at the site.
